UNIT NO 1
Understanding the Principles and Practices of Internally Assuring the Quality of Assessment
This unit provides a comprehensive understanding of the theoretical principles and practices of internal quality assurance. It covers topics such as the purpose and requirements of quality assurance, the roles and responsibilities of internal quality assurers and the procedures for maintaining and improving the quality of assessment.
UNIT NO 2
Internally Assure the Quality of Assessment
This unit focuses on the practical aspects of conducting internal quality assurance of assessment processes. It includes developing and implementing quality assurance plans, providing feedback and support to assessors and monitoring and evaluating the practice of assessors .
Who is this course for?
This qualification is designed to qualify you as an IQA. Once qualified, you’ll be able to improve assessment standards and best practices within an organisation. The Level 4 IQA award is suitable for learners working towards or already in an internal quality assurance role. You will be required to work with two assessors as part of the qualification.
